Open DNS filtering does not work at all, tried absolutely everything

as the title says, I tried absolutely everything I followed the isntructions step by step, not only am I not connected to the open DNS service the filtering doesnt work either, I am lost can someone please help

You shouldn't have tried everything, but just what the instructions said.

What exact instructions did you follow?  Did you configure the OpenDNS resolver addresses on the router or on the computer?  Can you post a screen shot of this configuration?
