Open DNS is not working.

In order for OpenDNS to work for you, you must configure the OpenDNS resolver addresses 208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220, etc. on the router (PowerBox.home, Address: 192.168.25.1), on an internal DNS server or on the end user devices.  You apparently didn't do this or did it wrong, so you're using your Brazilian ISP's (TELEFÈNICA BRASIL S.A - Vivo) DNS service, not OpenDNS.

A side note, you didn't post the output of "netsh interface ipv4 show config".  But this was not relevant yet.
