Open DNS not blocking adult sites.

I am trying to use OpenDNS to block adult sites on my PC. I use Opera GX as my browser. I enabled Opera's DoH with doh.opendns.com as the custom provider, and it is blocking everything I try to search, adult or not. Anyone know how to make it only block adult sites? I checked and I am using Open DNS.
My public IPv4: 67.185.170.206

Here are the results of there commands.

-type=txt debug.opendns.com :

Server: UnKnown
Address: ::ffff:208.67.222.220

*** UnKnown can't find debug.opendns.com: No response from server

nslookup whoami.akamai.net

Server: UnKnown
Address: ::ffff:208.67.222.220

*** UnKnown can't find whoami.akamai.net.: No response from server

I have looked through the many questions like this that have been asked but have not found any solution.

I appreciate your responses.

You cannot use DoH with IPv6 yet. Disable DoH and configure your IPv6 settings with DNS server addresses from the following list:
::ffff:d043:dedc ::ffff:d043:dcde ::ffff:d043:dede ::ffff:d043:dcdc

Alternatively, disable IPv6 or try with doh.familyshield.opendns.com.

I had already used those first two IPv6 addressed, so I disabled that and tried the doh.familyshield.opendns.com. Same problem as before, nothing I searched worked.

Copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here.

nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
nslookup www.exampleadultsite.com.
nslookup whoami.akamai.net.

I'm leaving my comments here as it looks similar issue to what I'm facing.

If I disable IPv6, it works great (so I believe IPv4 setting is okay) but I'm finding a way to block the sites with IPv6 as my kids computers don't allow me to disable IPv6 (I don't have an administrative role).

The setting doesn't allow me to add DNS address you mentioned so I added the address below:

2620:119:35::35
2620:119:53::53

I'm using comcast and netgear C7000.

C:\Users\Jay>nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
Server: UnKnown
Address: ::ffff:208.67.220.220

*** UnKnown can't find debug.opendns.com.: No response from server

C:\Users\Jay>nslookup www.exampleadultsite.com.
Server: UnKnown
Address: ::ffff:208.67.220.220

*** UnKnown can't find www.exampleadultsite.com.: No response from server

C:\Users\Jay>nslookup whoami.akamai.net.
Server: UnKnown
Address: ::ffff:208.67.220.220

*** UnKnown can't find whoami.akamai.net.: No response from server

C:\Users\Jay>nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com. 208.67.220.220
Server: resolver2.opendns.com
Address: 208.67.220.220
