I recently set up Open DNS and everything on my account appears to be set up correctly. HOWEVER... it is not blocking anything :( HELPPPPPP!!!

Contacted my service provider and found out they made a mistake with turning it on. It is now off and its tested, still doesn't work. Screenshots are attached for review.

I would like to point out that I created another free OpenDNS Account. Pointed our Public IP address, waited 10 minutes just to be sure. It worked!!!!! So tell me why my old account that I have been using for 9 years of admin.hvsr@gmail.com is not working properly?

We have no way of telling you that on this forum since it's a user forum. You'd have to contact support, such as by opening a support ticket so that they can dig into it.
BTW, you've now sent your email address out to the entire world since this is a public forum. Prepare to get spammed.

Your last nslookup output indicates that your IP address 67.234.221.109 was not registered with OpenDNS at this time, whereas capture 3.JPG indicates that it was. After all, as also mattwilson9090 suspects, there seems to be a technical problem with your old account for whatever reason. We users cannot help here. Staff would need to look into your account.

I gave as much info as possible. My IP addresses match the dashboard. I get the check saying its working. But it still doesn't block sites

Again, there seems to be a technical problem with your old account for whatever reason. We users cannot help here. Staff would need to look into your account.
In case you had a VIP subscription which expired, you must get your account configured back by staff to use the normal free home version of OpenDNS.

How would I complete this request from the staff? Thanks for all the help!

You click on the "Submit A Request" tab at the top of nearly every page on the OpenDNS website. Then fill in the requested information. You should also provide a link to this thread so that the support staff doesn't have to repeat everything that has already been done for you.
