For whatever reason, my OpenDNS client has begun (lately) to pop up inexplicably showing a public IP address that resides in Boulder, CO.
I live outside Seattle, WA, and this IP address shows up.
198.105.251.114
http://198.105.251.114.ipaddress.com/
That is NOT my public IP address.
If I run an update, it will go back to what my actual public IP address is.
Any ideas?

What message does http://welcome.opendns.com/ show up with?
It seems you have a mismatch between your DNS IP address and your web IP address.
http://www.opendns.com/support/article/83 DNS and HTTP IP Address Mismatch (Content Filtering Not Working)
Your DNS IP address: nslookup myip.opendns.com.
Your Web IP address: http://myip.dnsomatic.com/
This is cause by the way your ISP handles your traffic. They route your DNS traffic differently from your web traffic. You had to refer to your ISP.
