OpenDNS content filter broken

Content filtering is completely broken as it is blocking categories that are not marked

developer.apple.com/news/releases 

This site was blocked due to the following categories: Research/Reference

Yet I have not marked that category

I have emails from Cisco saying otherwise that it exist, I can fwd you them, if you want to private message me an email.

Also last I knew OpenDNS requests are not an option for a few years for me.
