OpenDNS IPs are in router, but test fails

Hello,

My router is a TPLink Archer C9, I have set the DNS IPs in the WAN option and DHCP Options.  Rebooted the router and performed the following actions on my computer but the OpenDNS test keeps failing.

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

ipconfig /flushdns

Any ideas?

Hello theroninhunter,

Can you try removing the DNS server addresses in your DHCP menu? However, please keep the DNS settings in place for the WAN settings.

Another thing to check is to make sure your computer is set up for automatic DNS addresses if you are setting up your router to be the point of where OpenDNS servers are applied.

Hi,

I have applied that change, the computer is set to get DNS automatically
