OpenDNS servers resolving wrong IP

Hi,

OpenDNS is resolving the wrong IP address for one of our customer websites. The OpenDNS cache is showing the same, wrong IP address. Any location using OpenDNS does not have access to the website.

Cloudflare DNS is resolving the right IP address, and is displaying the website correctly.

Below you will find a screenshot for mxtoolbox.com. This is showing the correct IP address aswell:

Nothing has changed in the DNS A record configuration, and clearing the DNS cache or OpenDNS Cache hasn't made any difference.

How can we fix this?

Regards,

Kevin - Inphos

It works for me:

nslookup -type=txt which.opendns.com.
Server:  AD
Address:  10.105.232.199

Non-authoritative answer:
which.opendns.com       text =

        "m49.fra"

nslookup privacyzeker.nl.
Server:  AD
Address:  10.105.232.199

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:    privacyzeker.nl
Address:  46.30.213.95

Besides, we other users cannot help anyway.  Raise a support ticket, link "Submit a request" above.
