OpenDNS Updater Mac client - select network dialog is empty

I have two networks configured in OpenDNS and they are both enabled for 'Dynamic IP Update' in the OpenDNS web UI advanced settings page. I have also installed the OpenDNS Updater client for Mac OS X v3.1 (latest available), and can login to my account successfully, however then "Select a network" dialog  appears, but is blank/empty with no networks populating for selection which means I cannot set the specific network that gets updated by each client installation. Upon simply clicking 'Select' on the dialog, the 'Network to update' field on the main UI screen then shows the value 'default'. However even though the 'Last updated' timestamp updates, it does not actually appear to make an IP address change when logging on to the OpenDNS web UI to validate.

Does the OpenDNS Updater Mac client even work? Is this only an issue because I have two dynamic IP networks on the one OpenDNS account?

You could have posted your screenshots here. Picture upload services may be blocked by OpenDNS.

It seems you are not alone.

Ensure that your network labels do not contain spaces or special characters.

Hmm, can confirm no spaces or special characters in any of the network labels on my account...

I am afraid we other users cannot help here. You better open a support ticket, link “submit a request” above.

I also had two networks and same issue. Removed one and working fine now.
