problem looking at stats, not able to see any blocked domains, error occured

It started to happen since yesterday,

 

when i want to look at blocked domains, this error is shown up: 

We were unable to retrieve the stats you requested. Please try your request again. If you continue to have problems, please contact support.

 

any idea of dowtimes or service problems from opendns's side?

Hello,

I have spoken to our Engineering team and they are currently investigating reports of the dashboard reports not loading.

We will provide an update as soon as we have further information.

Any updates?  This has become unusable viewing anything in the dashboard.  All you get is the message to contact support.

We noticed the same problem. Will be following this thread to receive the updates.

Our developers have implemented a fix for the issue where dashboard reports were not loading.

Would you please check to see if you can now view the list of blocked domains and confirm if you are still seeing issues?

Hello Reg,

At first glance, it appears that the page glitches that were occurring have been fixed. However, it still doesn't seem to display the correct results, regardless of the filter option we choose.

I am seeing the same thing as ctat.  Before I could at least see total domains but now everything is missing and only a single domain shows.

Hello, i see same as others mentioned. Only single domain is shown up..

Hello,

I have been advised by the Engineering team that they have successfully identified and addressed the underlying cause and that the problem should be resolved.

However, if you're still encountering any issue accessing your OpenDNS dashboard, please create a support request so we can troubleshoot the problem.
