Hi all,
I've set a block for the game category at specific times, but Roblox is still accessible at these times.
Does anyone have any ideas, or can anyone advise how to let OpenDNS know of this flaw in their categorisation ?
Thanks,
Shane

How can you block categories "at specific times"? You cannot with OpenDNS Home. Do you use Netgear LPC?
Copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here when the problem occurs:
nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
nslookup roblox.com.
nslookup www.roblox.com.
"how to let OpenDNS know of this flaw in their categorisation ?"
There is no flaw with OpenDNS, just with you. Regardless, you open a support ticket with OpenDNS.

Same problem. Can't block Roblox. I get the correct messages when testing internetbadguys.com. The results of the diagnostics run on the command line:
