Router configuration does not block websites in all device

I have 2 laptops, 3 cell phones ( 2 Androids, 1 iphone), 2 Tvs, and 1 ipad, to block some websites, so I put opendns servers in my router dns, but it still doesnot block websites that I want to block. Another issue is when I check home tab in opendns page, I see network added is zero. I selected home network and ip address appeared and I tried to add that but it said network exist. I have custom setting on that. Need help!

Not having added and configured a network at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ causes that nothing is being blocked except phishing domains and some malware domains unless you configured the FamilyShield addresses 208.67.222.123 and 208.67.220.123.
