Router set up instructions not working

I am using a Actiontec Gt784WNV.  I have followed the directions provided.  Whenever I try to configure open DNS I am not able to access the internet at all.

Help!  I want the protection, but it isn't working.   I don't know what to do?

Is it because my router has to be set for rfc 1482 via dhcp?

Copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands here:

   nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.

   nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.  208.67.220.220

You may also attach screen shots of where you have configured OpenDNS on your router.
