Hello I have two different usernames while trying to log in to parental controls using Netgear Genie and neither works. On https://netgear.opendns.com/devices.php it is yomama73 and I get the message
This account doesn't have any Netgear devices associated with it
If you have not yet configured the Live Parental Controls feature on this device please do so with the Management Utility found on the CD that came with your router or download it now
on OpenDNS I'm logged in as rcross1
on Netgear Genie I get the message There was an issue signing in, please make sure you're connected to the internet and try again.
