Hello,
I have an issue where requests from users that are behind an intelligent firewall (SSL decryption proxy) do not get their identities properly assigned - all the requests appear as if they originated from firewall instead from a specific workstation.
Workstations that do not have decryption enabled yet do not face this issue.
When I open the Umbrella statistic page in secure client, I see the status "protected by virtual appliance", so I really do not understand where the issue is, because if I understand correctly, the status above means that the requests go directly to Umbrella... unless not?
