I have been trying, very unsuccessfully, to block roblox. i have configured opendns through my router and restarted the computer, verifying that opendns is active. Their test site worked. I have flushed my dns, cleared all search/download/cookies etc. I have entered both roblox.com and rbxcdn.com in the always block section. yet, every time i test it (by either searching roblox and clicking the link google gives me, or typing roblox.com directly into the address bar) it brings up the home page. I have been trying to fix this for over an hour and I don't know what else to try. Any suggestions?

Are you using OpenDNS at all? http://welcome.opendns.com/
If you are not using OpenDNS, then your dashboard settings are totally irrelevant.

Yes, like I said I verified that it was active and the test site worked. I checked multiple times back in july, using the same link as you provided and every time it said it was in use.

Another possibility is that you didn't register your IP address correctly at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/
Your dashboard settings do not take effect then.

Double checked that, it is correct. A few days after I posted the original question, roblox was being blocked for a day or so. Then it went back to being unblocked. This past weekend it was unblocked, then it said it was a phishing site, now it is being correctly blocked by opendns. I am not sure what is causing the changes, since I haven't changed any settings since originally setting up the account, but I hope it was some sort of glitch that resolved. Thanks!
