I have added victoriassecrets.com to my never block list, but I still can't access it and I get this response when I try to to there:

Did you flush your local caches after the settings change?
https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/227988627
Regarding the certificate warning from the browser see https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/227988787
This browser warning indicates that some domain is still being blocked by your dashboard settings, or that your computer is missing some root certificate in the certificate store.
"Why doesn't never block work for this sit?"
Did you mean the domain victoriassecret.com? Well, there are many more domains in use on this site:
https://www.webpagetest.org/result/180126_M7_df4ee91d8530d8d704b0bbc140297a9f/1/domains/
Any of these could be the reason for the browser's certificate warning. And "never block" definitely does work. It's just that victoriassecret.com may not be the only domain which needs to be unblocked if it was blocked at all.
Compare the domain list above with the list at https://dashboard.opendns.com/stats/all/blockeddomains to see if some other domains need to be unblocked or whitelisted.
Nothing has helped? Then copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here:
nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
nslookup victoriassecret.com.
nslookup www.victoriassecret.com.
I need to see this for getting more ideas.

Yes, I cleared my cache. When I click the link you send me to see which blocked domains are listed, it shows nothing related to victoria secrets, but it shows other stuff and is labeled adware.

I still can't get into victoria's secret site and I'm completely baffled. I downloaded the Cisco_Unbrella_Root_CA .cer and added it in my certificates. That didn't help either.
There are 37 requests for dm.victoriassecrets.com and 6 requests for www.victoriassecrets.com base on the Web Performance link you sent me. I don't even know what that stuff means.
When you say to copy and paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here: where do I type that to get that information?
Thanks for your help too! I really appreciate it. I am running MAC OS High Sierra on a late 2013 model.
