welcome.opendns.com showing checkmark, but sites not blocked

I have configured my Nokia G-240W-B router (https://networks.nokia.com/products/7368-isam-ont-g-240w-b) to use OpenDNS and though the welcome.opendns.com page shows a checkmark, internetbudguys and exampleadultsite pages are not blocked.

I have ran some of the commands I saw requested in other posts, I am sending the outputs below.

nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
Server: 2806-1080-ffff-0002-0000-0000-0000-000e.ipv6.infinitum.net.mx
Address: 2806:1080:ffff:2::e

responsible mail addr = noc.opendns.com

expire = 1048576 (12 days 3 hours 16 mins 16 secs)

This is the DNS service you're currently using:

    Server: 2806-1080-ffff-0002-0000-0000-0000-000e.ipv6.infinitum.net.mx
    Address: 2806:1080:ffff:2::e

This is clearly not OpenDNS, but the DNSv6 service of your ISP (Infinitum Mexico).  It seems you missed to configure the IPv6 side of things.  Configure your IPv6 settings with DNS server addresses from the following list:
::ffff:d043:dede   ::ffff:d043:dcdc   ::ffff:d043:dedc   ::ffff:d043:dcde

Thanks so much, it seems this fixed the issue... my router however took IPV4 addresses in the IPV6 section of the config...not sure if it will work always... will keep monitoring it.

Thanks again.
