There is no option to select the "whitelist only" in my VIP dashboard. This is the reason I bough the subscription in the first place. I have other filters that do a better job to keep my devices "clean". Did you remove that feature? If yes, can I get a refund? Thanks

We other users cannot help with account specific problems. Especially, we cannot provide a refund...
You must raise a support ticket, link "Submit a request" above.
And no, to my knowledge the whitelist-only mode was not removed and should still come with OpenDNS VIP.

but you are clearly no user, rotblitz. You work for Cisco. :)

I did raise a support ticket. Actually I opened 2 , but there is no answer yet.
This is why I am writing on the forum, where Cisco is monitoring the discussions and may prompt an answer (which it did).
:)

LOL, and you work for D. Trump, right? ;-)
How am I to work for Cisco? No, in no way, I have to refuse this...

"where Cisco is monitoring the discussions"
Are you really this optimistic? This is a public community forum, rarely visited by staff, but almost frequented by users and customers.

so you answered thousands of questions since 2013 only for the sake of the community? If so, kudos... But you understand how implausible it is?

You must be patient when it comes to tickets. They have some 80 millions of users and a rather long queue of tickets...
Regarding the number of my contributions, these are 5 comments per day in average, not really much for a retired guy, right?
Now there are four more...
