Whitelist Only Feature

How do I activate the whitelist only feature? I just purchased OpenDNS VIP and can't find it.

How do I go about blocking all domains except those on my whitelist?

The article you linked to is not about OpenDNS VIP, but about Netgear LPC.  So it doesn't apply here and is irrelevant.  OpenDNS VIP does have whitelist-only mode.
