a person in my house is trying to bypass router settings, by using compress.googlezip.net and/or check.googlezip.net. I used your cachecheck and at bottom it says refresh cache. After I just blocked both, should I refresh cache?

Why would you refresh OpenDNS' cache for these domain names?  Haven't they been in the cache?  http://cachecheck.opendns.com/

Or are you talking about your local caches?  https://support.opendns.com/entries/26336865
Yes, flushing these can help to make your settings changes effective immediately.  But this has nothing to do with OpenDNS' cachecheck.

No matter, if you have blocked them or just googlezip.net, these domains should be blocked, and they indeed seem to be blocked according to your post, because the are in the blocked domain stats.  Not sure why you worry at all.
