WOW ISP

I am trying to use the OpenDNS Family Shield to block porn.  I have created an account, changed both DNS settings.  I went in and chose my custom settings, but when I go to test my settings, they don't block porn sites like they are supposed to.  My ISP is WOW, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.

I am using a TP-Link Archer C-1900 and my Primary DNS is set to 208.67.220.222 and my Secondary is set to 208.67.220.220.  I followed all instructions listed here: https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/228008567

Any help would be appreciated.

Well, it seems you don't use OpenDNS FamilyShield, but OpenDNS Home.  For FamilyShield you don't need an account, and the resolver addresses would be 208.67.222.123 and 208.67.220.123.

Regardless, you seem to want using OpenDNS Home.  Copy & paste the complete plain text outputs of the following diagnostic commands to here, so that I can analyze further:

nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com. 208.67.220.220
nslookup -type=txt which.opendns.com.
nslookup whoami.akamai.net.

This is what you have configured as DNS server, not OpenDNS.  This can be on the router (DHCP/LAN side) or on the computer...

I'm new at this, I don't see where I can fix that.  The below picture is what I have typed in for my DNS servers.support.opendns.com_hc_user_images_p_fp4xwryyttbeR2WA6Hlg.jpeg

Okay, so apparently pornographic sites are being blocked on all my wireless devices (laptops, phones, etc) but not on my computer which is hooked directly into my Zoom network box....
