Ziggo Router in Netherlands

I live in the Netherlands, and have internet service (and router) from Ziggo.

They do not allow the DNS settings to be changed from the Router administration panel.

Any ideas on how I can enable the OpenDNS in Netherlands?

You replace the router, or you put another router behind this one.
