Although the contracts have been assigned to the profile, they are not reflected in CSCC tool (CSCC tool is 'the new page' that you said). The address is as follows:

In order to view all information of the contract on CSCC tool, you need to do the following steps:
1. At the CSCC tool, click on 'open a case' in the upper right corner. You will be connected to 'My Cisco Workspace'.
2. Choose 'open a case' tab, click 'please select', choose 'manage a service contract' then 'request contract access' then ' cscc & sms3 view contract access'.
3. click on 'continue' button. At 'Access type?' choose 'acess by contract/ serial#'.
4. After that you write all information at the required fiels and click on 'submit' button.
