Hi guys,
In our company, my colleague (with administrator rights) has assigned our customers contracts to me.
However, when I go to https://tools.cisco.com/RPFA/profile/list_csm_contracts.do and choose a contract, in the new page I see only this message:
"No records retrieved for display. The item was not found, is in an inactive status, or has access issues. Please modify and resubmit your search."
Do you know where could be the issue?
