API for CCW ConfigSets Import/ Export

Hello, is there a published API to import/ export/ share ConfigSets, for example from/to a third party CRM or CPQ tool? It seems that Netformx DesignXpert has such  capabilities: http://www.netformx.com/DesignXpert_15.0.1

Good day!

Please be informed that, as per further research, there are APIs to create (import), get (export) and share configset. Import and export are XML based APIs and do not consume other formats. These APIs are available to strategy partners such as Netformix. However, it is not available in CCW for 3rd parties as of the moment.

If you have further clarifications with this, kindly reach out with your AM to raise this concern with the Product Team / Developers.

Hello Jen,

Thanks for your reply. We did go through the AM team, Cisco EMEA Collab teams, the people within the Cisco Collaboration BU responsible for the BOQ's etc, and nobody within Cisco would know who could be contacted from the CCW support team for this. Could you please indicate whom we would need to contact?
