I have not been receiving email notification for RMA's that I raise using my cco id.. I'm facing this issue from the past couple of weeks. Not sure as to what is causing this problem.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi ,
We also have the same problem makes approximately one month that we do not send notifications.
I have Cisco TAC in open talk with the logistics staff do not know what causes.
