Hi all,
when configuring equipment on CCW it automatically includes SMARTNET services. How can I disable that? I would like to add services only when I need to.
Thanks,
Marco

Hi Marco,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Please be informed that you can disable the automatic Smartnet Services in CCW by changing the service preferences in the configuration itself.
If you need further assistance on this, you may open a case at CCW Support Team, either create a case online at http://forums.cisco.com/ecom/web/service-support-center/customer-service-central or by calling 1-800-553-6387 options 2 and 3.
No matter which method you decide to create your case, CCW will serve as your first point of contact. They will then route your request on to the appropriate party for review.
Thanks Again,
Jenny C.
