The outcry for help just on this forum for service contract administration is disheartening.
Our service contracts and their administration is so messed up I don't even know where to begin. We have a few thousand contracts and apparently they're split across a large number of VAR's...I'm not sure about this because I have no access whatsoever.
This first screenshot is what I get when I try to access SSC from 1 of the 2 or 3 contracts I've been able to get in my profile, the next one is of what I get when I click on the "More information about how to complete your SSC registration is available from this document." link.
This is debilitating in a number of ways, for example, my $2.5M LMS 4.2.4 implementation is lobotomized, Bug Summery, Contract Connection, Locate Device, Compliance and Audit, Image Repository, Image Management and much more in addition to not a single one of the "Work Centers" work....Couple screenshots below below
I have a case open with Cisco about this and I've spoken with a number of people, most of which tell me different information, I've come here in search of a "silver bullet".
