Cant add GLC-SX-MMD part number to a configuration.

Hi,

Mi issue is that i cant add this SFP part number to a configuration in CCW:

GLC-SX-MMD

I already searched the EOS document and the part number is OK. Here is the link

Anyone else have this issue?, maybe there is another part number.

Thank you for bringing this concern to us.

Please be informed that the MMD and SMD transceiver SKU's are currently not available in CCW. This is a  global issue and BU's (Business Unit) and CCO (Cisco Connection online) folks are working on it. No ETA.

This is a mayor issue becaus the 2960S ant 3560X Series only support MMD and SMD trancsceivers and almost every solution needs those parts. I will apreciate very much that you inform us when the cisco team fix this issue.
