What is solution for teams like Service Desk ? Should we use one Cisco ID for all team members?

Using one Cisco ID by team is not acceptable by rules of some partner tools for example Service Order RMA Tool.

Hi Krzysztof,

The solution is to ask a colleague from your company who has the right access levels to view these orders, to contact ic-support@cisco.com and request to upgrade your CCO profile.

What will be done is that the CID/BID of the company will be added to your profile and the access level would be increased to allow you access to the tools.

You will only be able to view Sales orders or RMAs raised by other colleagues. However, only the initiator of the Service Request can view their own cases they raised.

Hope this helps, please let us know if you have any further queries.

Regards,

Ahmed
