No problem found out what I need to know, for ref:
There is very little description in there, only it says
what was discussed on the conf call - that an ONS15454 10DME card
may exhibit small amount of egress bit errors at 1G or 4G speeds.
Hence we are seeing Invalid Transmission Words and Disparity Errors
on the MDS, resulting in FC frame CRC errors.
