So, a while back our fiber vendor who we lease from was doing some work (unknown what) between Point A and Point B. Ever since we keep losing our neighborship with the next IE switch in the daisy-chain. They've had me change out the optics, but I still keep losing the next switch and therefore that switch and the next (end of the daisy-chain) keeps going down about 4-9 days. I can reboot the Point A IE switch and everything comes back up just fine, but it's not right that I should have to keep doing that. What are some things I can do on my end before I start pushing back on the vendor? FYI, every time I mention 'this wasn't happening until *somebody* (knowing it was them) did fiber work out there', they just go quiet and either change the subject or ask me to do change the optics comment, ya that's weird with no further info.
