I've been trying to pilot CDO since November of 2019, and requested it twice during that month and in December. There's been almost no response, and when I do get a response, the agent doesn't even have a clue as to what my CDO account status is, and even the cdo.support@cisco.com link they've sent me doesn't even work. It's like Cisco really doesn't want customers to adopt. I can't even find decent screenshots of the GUI. It's bee utterly frustrating, and I've given up.
Does anyone have a better experience? If so, would you mind posting some useful screenshots here?
