As I search some docs about this integration but I can't find nothig complete I decide to write the steps that I follow in this page:
http://www.netspin.it/en_zimbra_8_Cisco_UC_integration
I hope it can help.
P.S. for your problem with
"An error occured when accessing your voicemail account" try to access with the user on http://ip_unity/ciscopca/

I would be interested in this info as well.
I looked in the documentation on Zimbra for the configuration URLs and used:
Voice URL: https://OurUnityServerIP
Call URL: https://OurCallManagerIP/webdialer/services/WebDialerSoapService70
Presence URL: https://OurPresenceIP:8082/presence-service/users
But none of those seem to work. They return "An error occured when accessing your voicemail account" even though this is the same username / password I use with https://OurUnityServerIP/inbox, no device is configured when clicking on a phone number, and no presence since I can't generate the session token.

Wow - that is great. The sticking point I was running into with Zimbra was the Proxy URLs not being set. Once I entered in that, the webdialier function got working. I haven't had luck getting presence to view in the email client, however.

Thanks this was what I needed, and I could configure zimbra presence.

David -
Was there anything extra you had to do for presence? I added in the proxy URL to our presence server, created an application user with the 6 roles, have a session presence ID and am using the URL
http://CUP_SERVER:8082/presence-service/users for the presence server.
The status I show is always unknown for the contacts. They are set as XMPP with user@domain that we see in our contact info. We are on CUP 8.6.4.12900-2.

In my case the only users that I appear with the status "unknown" are those to which his account has not been enabled on the Presence Server. We have 9.1.1.10000-8 CUP. I did not have to do any other way than suggested by epasqualotto.

Once a Proxy URL was added into Zimbra specifying the port, that looked to get things going on my test account. The format for that was IP:8082 incase it helps anyone else out.

Sorry Pasqualotto, I want to ask:
Phone numbers for the Zimlet "click to call" must be configured locally on the contact book account? It should not be received from Cisco Unified Call Manager? Thanks!!!

You mean the source number of the user or the destination?
For me the click to call fill all two field.

I refer to the "To" field as the "from" if it is being captured from CUCM
