Automation server can't create object

I have a problem on my the Subscriber in my cluster. When ever I go Device -> Phone -> Device name and click on a line on one of my configured phone i get astrange error. "Automation server can't create object (-2146827859)

". Same if I try to add a new phone. All services runs just fine. All other parts of my CCM runs just fine. Could it be my numplan table being corrupt, since directorynumber.asp uses this table ?

See if these steps resolve your issue:

- On the Sub with the problem go to a cmd prompt

- cd to C:\WINNT\system32

- type regsvr32 dblx.dll
