I am having a problem getting Callback to work reliably. I have followed the CallBack setup guide and it will all work in a 5 servers CallManager cluster. Extended Functions service and all related required services are running on all the subscribers. Callback and QRT will work for a bit (day or so), then just stop working. Restarting the Extended Function makes it all work again for another short period of time. Any ideas on how to get this working reliably? When it's not working, I just get the message "Service is not active" on the phone when using the Callback softkey.

What version of Cisco CallManager are you using.

yea, that would certainly help. Using 3.3(3).

I have a customer who is also experiencing the same problems. They too are using 3.3.3(sr1) and need a solution for this. They restart the Extended Functions, Callback works for a day or so and then they get the same error message as bdellara mentions.
Cisco - any ideas on a solution? CCM Admin version is 3.3(0.161)
