ccapi--> 0X3F error code

hi,

ı have the following config:

branch GW(c3640)--ip cloud-- AS5350 GW-PBX(MD110).

some of the voip calls (3 or 4 out of 10 calls)generated from the branch gw could not be established.

when i run "debug voip ccapi" on the 3640 gateway i receive "0x3F"-->"Service or option not available, unspecified", error code. Is the PBX who is sending this message down to the branch GW or is this message generated by the AS5350 connected to the PBX.Any idea on what could cause this problem?

This message is generated to "explain" the cause code received from the ISDN switch (note the disconnect is received, not sent). The text is the generic text from the Q.931 specification. Since the ISDN switch is rejecting the call, and is supplying the cause code, check with the switch manufacturer.
