Cisco Sandbox internet connection problem

Hi,

I have reserved a Cisco Sandbox (UCCX sandbox) on Devnet page. I do not have any internet connection on sandbox

I only see Network 8 - Limited. (the internet access is limited). I would like to install some programs on the sandbox and now I can only copy the files there from my local computer. Is it somehow possible to enable internet access on the remote desktop (sandbox machine with Jabber)?

Hello, Zygmunt 90% of the sandboxes have no internet or limited internet access. This is due to our security policy and posture. If this sandbox requires internet access for following a learning lab. Please open a support ticket HERE and our team will look into this.
