We just migrated from a PBX that had an outgoing button. This would be a nice feature so that you don't have to know to start outgoing calls with a 9-prefix. When I set a speed dial button to dial 9 and label it 'outgoing', it just gives a 'call cannot be completed' as you'd expect. Does anyone know how to achieve this functionality either through a softkey or speed dial button? Thanks!
