Jeff,
I was posed a question about routing loops, I think it is different than any conversation talked about in this forum, but may be related to something in your audiotext doc (how unity prevents loops by going stright into the greeting). Is there something else one can do in unity to prevent a voice port from calling itself, creating a loop. If this question doesn't make sense, just say so.

It depend which version of code you have. What you can do is assign a DN to the Unity port. I filed a defect againts the logic we use in 4.0 and later. In the defect I outline the logic for pre-4.0 too. Take a read and let me know if you have any other questions.
