Mellanox Switch MLAG not communicating to Cisco Non-VPC

Hi, I have a question. Can 3rd party devices such as Mellanox Switch (MLAG) communicate to Cisco (non-VPC VLAN)? I know that Mellanox MLAG PO (e.g. PO 300) can talk to Cisco vPC PO (e.g. PO 300) as it is proven. However, if the Cisco carries non-vPC (Orphaned), for .e.g Non-VPC VLAN 100 to other switches. It seems that despite adding VLAN 100 on my Mellanox MLAG PO, the traffic does not flow. Hope you can advise on this. Do we need to add the non-VPC VLANs into the vPC PO ? I have also received the error shown below.

VLANs 100 on Interface port-channel 300 are in error state. (Reason: Vlan is not allowe
d on Peer-link)non-vpc,

Does this mean because vPC Peer Link between the 2 Cisco switches does not have VLAN 100. Even if my Mellanox Switch carries the VLAN 100 in MLAG Port Channel, it will not reach to Cisco vPC Peering. Take note, all the other VLANs are working fine on MLAG Port Channel and vPC Port Channel ( such as 200,300,400,500), It's just that VLAN 100 is not working as it's not part of the vPC.

Appreciate any expertise advise.

Regards

Jawn
