Nexus 2248TP doesn't boot up

Hello. We have a deployment of nexus extenders and one of the extenders doesn't boot up. STAT LED just flashing green that pointing on POST procedure and nothing else happening, uplink doesn't going up. Does anyone knows what is it?

Try to change the cables between n2k and host swithch, connect fex to another port, and reconfigure from the scratch (fex->portchannel -> portchannel members).

No, it didn't help. It seems the only way out - write to the TAC.

That would be good step. Since they will be able to check the logs for it and if need - do RMA.
