Nexus 5548 vpc issue - consistency check not performed

Hi. I'm new to nexus. I haven't being able to find what's wrong. I can't see any misconfig errors. But facing consistency check. Tried even write erase and start the environment all over again. But the Consistency check problems reappear. Pls help.
