Nexus 9396PX Data centre switch not booting.

Nexus 9300 switches are not loading with code  and getting the below error.

Loader> prompt and i tried with boot command and no luck.

Do we need crossover cable for netboot from tftp server?

Configured the IP setting in the nexus through Set command.

PC-------------Nexus9300(mgmt0) port.

Power-On or Switch Reboot Hangs

Problem	Possible Cause	Solution
A power-on or switch reboot hangs for a dual supervisor configuration	The bootflash is corrupted.	See Recovering Both Supervisor Modules with Corrupted Bootflash.
	The BIOS is corrupted.	Replace this module. Contact your customer support representative to return the failed module.
	The nx-os image is corrupted.	Power cycle the switch if required and press Ctrl-C when the switch displays the "Loading Boot Loader" message to interrupt the boot process at the >loader prompt. See Recovery From the loader> Prompt on Supervisor Modules to update the nx-os image.
	Boot parameters are incorrect.	Verify and correct the boot parameters and reboot.
