Routing configuration help

Am Ibra. My company has VPN  and there is Data center and other 23 different branches. DC router can not connect to routers of 4 branches. Am new staff to the company and i have given the role of managing the network. May you please give a clue on where to start and walk with me until i can get our DC router to be able to route packets to these 4 routers of other branches. Waiting for your feedbacks

Are they not forming connections at all or just not routing packets properly?

What are you using to configure your VPNs?  CLI, CCP, etc?

Can you post snippets of your running config?
