what will be the port channel numbers in the vss switch side is that the same as the other switch like interface port-channel 1 in all switches or it will be different in the vss side
port numbers are only relevant to the local switch so they can be whatever you set them as but its always makes things easier when they match each side for troubleshooting
This Port Channel is very common. As Mark mentioned PO are locally significant but as a best practice for trouble shooting and the like I typically configure them the same on each side
