Hi Sir,
At one document <Design and Configuration Guide: Best Practices for Virtual Port Channels (vPC) on Cisco Nexus 7000 Series Switches Revised: August 2014 > , Peer-link : Link used to synchronize the state between vPC peer devices. It must be a 10-Gigabit Ethernet link.
I know no much traffic forward on peer-link( no need high BW), but port-speed have 1G speed , 40G speed, why need to say must be a 10G link on peer-link?
Thanks for reading.
Lance.

Hi Lance,
I have Nexus 9300 and, I used 40G links for VPC. It works just fine.
