16-AM module used in 3640

Hi..one of my client would like to change their configuration. Now, they have 32 telephone line and they allow remote users to access their file server by using analog modem (v.90 modem). Their server is also connected to 32 analog modems.

Now, they would like to have a better management on remote access log. They would like to use 3640 + 2 x NM-16AM to replace the existing network.

My question is that:

1. NM-16AM is using v.34, can it communicate with v.90 modem ?

2. should I order Modem Management Technology License MMTL-3600-16 ? If I have 2 x NM-16AM, should I also need to order two set of MMTL-3600-16 ?

3. Can we set the "hunting" service ?

4. If they order Cisco 3600 + 2 NM-16AM + IP IOS

+ 1-FE fast ethernet for connecting to server, is it enough ?

It would be cheaper on a monthly base and also easier to managewhen you get a PRI installed and use this with a PRI controller and digital modems in the router.

You will get:

a. ISDN access to your router

b. Manageble modems

c. No spaggetti of cables

d. Lower monthly rates turning point 12-14 analogue lines
