1760-V base unit setup...

I have (23) 1760v's already in use, which i purchased from a partner, they configured them for me, then i puchased (2) more that were sent to me directly from distribution. The issue is that both of these will not work, i have configured them correctly, copying config from a working location still nothing. Took known good vwic, mft-t1 cards and put in unit, still can't get out. Took VWIC card from non-working 1760, and it works in know working location. I have a case # already going, but while i'm waiting for call back #7, i figured i'd ask... Is there anything that i'm missing as far as INITIAL set-up, maybe a magical switch i'm missing????

You can try to find what is not working specifically. See whether the device is booting normally without any error messages. Try to find either the problem is due to hardware or software ? If you suspect hardware problems, you can try to remove the various cards, boot the device and see if the problem is solved or not. You can compare and see whether you are running the same IOS versions on the old and new devices. I think the documents under the Troubleshooting section in this location should help you.
